1. Introduction Welcome to Solid. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Solid's website (solidmoney.xyz), applications, tools, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

Solid is a user-facing interface to decentralized finance protocols. We do not custody user funds. All interactions with our protocols occur through self-custodial wallets and smart contracts deployed on public blockchains.

2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

3. No Financial Advice Solid does not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. Information provided is for general informational purposes only.

4. Assumption of Risk Using blockchain technology and interacting with DeFi protocols involves inherent risks. You acknowledge that smart contract vulnerabilities, front-end bugs, regulatory changes, and volatile markets may result in partial or complete loss of funds. Use the Services at your own risk.

5. Wallets and Access You must connect a self-custodial wallet (such as MetaMask) to use Solid. We do not control, store, or manage your wallet or private keys.

6. Protocol Interaction Solid does not execute or control any transaction. You are solely responsible for verifying and confirming any blockchain interaction. Gas fees may apply and are non-refundable.

7. Restrictions You may not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including:

  • Money laundering, terrorism financing, or other criminal activity

  • Exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities

  • Circumventing security features

  • Violating sanctions laws or regulatory restrictions

8. Disclaimers The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, security, or accuracy of the interface. Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solid and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of the Services.

10. Termination We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for any reason. You may also cease using the Services at any time.

11. Changes to the Terms We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Panama, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
